Use Songsmith, Microsoft’s free song-making tool, to create and publish a song about an environmental issue that is important to you.

Task

First, study the issue and to learn as many facts as you can to include in your lyrics. You may want to interview representatives of environmental organizations in order to deepen your research and decide on the key messages of your song. Once you have finished producing your song, share the link to it in the Shout 1 - Live folder in files, for others to hear. You may also want to post the lyrics in the discussion forum to see if anyone might be able to translate them into another language for you! If you contacted an environmental organization when you were researching the issue explored in your song, contact them again to see if they want to post your song on their website as an awareness raising tool!
